What if a product/s is out of stock?
Rinayra Jewels makes every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. If a customer places an order for a product which is not in stock, we will inform the customer through an email and credit his/her respective account within two business days of placing order. At rinayra.com will not retain a customer s request for an out of stock product in a back order system.

We send a confirmation email to the email ID provided by you, If you haven't received a mail, please inform us. Also mention the POD (Proof of Delivery) details of the courier through which you've sent the Cheque / Demand Draft. Our customer support team will definitely help you to resolve the issue.

Can I change the details for the order placed?
It is not possible to change the order details once you've placed the order. However, you can change the shipping details provided the product has not been yet shipped to the destination. Please contact the customer support team in advance.

What if the delivery gets late or arrives before time?
It is our endeavor to deliver products on time. However, in rare and unavoidable circumstances, the delivery may get late or for that matter arrive before the scheduled time. We regret the inconvenience caused. Products will not be accepted back owing to minor delays or early arrival.
